Note: Bottom wears are not eligible for a refund/exchange, if there are any size-related issues kindly reach out to us on WhatsApp. Please check the size chart before placing an order.
If any assistance is required regarding the sizes and measurements, reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, you can report a defect/ damage within 2 days of receiving the product. After that, no request will be entertained.
If you receive a damaged product please send us a picture of the product on Whatsapp at +918779246754 or info@sladorn.com within 2 days of receiving the product
Size Exchange:
Size Exchange only for Top wear is possible based on inventory availability. The customer will have to ship the product to us after we approve the exchange. The Customer will bear the shipping cost.

If your size is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a store credit. The store credit can be used to buy any products from the website.
To raise an exchange/ return request, kindly log in to the store and you will get an option to raise a return for the delivered product. Once we receive your request, we will contact you.
Note: The request for an exchange cannot be older than 5 days after delivery.
Refunds:
In case of an approved refund to the source account, a small restocking fee (Depending on your order value) will be deducted from the total refund amount and the customer will have to ship the product back to us bearing those shipping charges.
If you want a full refund it will be in the form of store credits that you can use to purchase anything from our website.
